Ilona is a VC Associate at Inovexus, focusing on sourcing promising startups across France and Europe. She holds a Master’s in Risk & Asset Management from IESEG Lille, providing her with a grounded analytical perspective.
Prior to Inovexus, Ilona entered the VC ecosystem through a business angel network, where she helped structure her first investment, and build strong relationships with operators, founders and investors. Following an internship at a venture fund, she joined the team to support the entrepreneurs building tomorrow’s economy.
On a more personal note, Ilona lived in Warsaw for 8 years and is a dedicated fan of international gastronomy and cuisine.
