His background has always been highly operational, backed by my studies in Digital Management. Before joining the team, he co-founded a B2B AI platform and worked closely with numerous entrepreneurs within acceleration programs and venture studios across Europe. What excites him the most about his work is standing alongside founders from “day zero,” providing hands-on support through every challenge and stage of their company’s growth.
On a personal level, growing up in a small town in Italy taught him the value of stepping out of my comfort zone to pursue global goals. It is this exact appetite for risk and determination to build something great that Tommaso looks for and value in the founders he collaborates with every day.
