As an Investor Relations Analyst, you’ll support our deal finding capital motions: Capital Invest, financing each startup round deal by deal alongside business angels and partners. You’ll run first investor calls, qualify and nurture our investment community, and help bring commitments through to signature and cash received.

The Head of Capital will lead capital raising, investor relations, and sales activities across Inovexus. Working closely with investors, founders, the Ventures team, Finance, and Strategic Operations, the successful candidate will own the capital pipeline end to end, lead key investor relationships, build scalable sales processes, and drive predictable capital commitments and cash received across Inovexus’s investment activities.

The Finance & Portfolio Associate will support investment, portfolio, and corporate finance activities across Inovexus. Working closely with founders, investors, and the venture team, the successful candidate will contribute to financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, fundraising support, valuations, and strategic initiatives that help drive investment decisions and the long-term success of the portfolio.

As the Head of Ventures, you will help drive the investment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, leading due diligence, supporting investment decisions, managing the closing process, and following through with portfolio companies to help ensure investments stay on track.
