The Finance & Portfolio Associate will support investment, portfolio, and corporate finance activities across Inovexus. Working closely with founders, investors, and the venture team, the successful candidate will contribute to financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, fundraising support, valuations, and strategic initiatives that help drive investment decisions and the long-term success of the portfolio.

As the Head of Ventures, you will help drive the investment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, leading due diligence, supporting investment decisions, managing the closing process, and following through with portfolio companies to help ensure investments stay on track.

The Senior Growth Lead will own one of the most important numbers in the business: membership revenue and its growth. You’ll build and own Inovexus’s end-to-end growth strategy — acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion — and turn membership into the pipeline that feeds our other products (Deal Club, accelerator, and platform).

The Head of Investor Community leads the growth, engagement, and activation of one of Europe’s leading VC investor ecosystems. This role combines community leadership with inbound marketing to attract, engage, and retain high-profile investors through strategic initiatives, events, content, and partnerships, turning a network into an active and influential community.
