As a Startup Success Analyst at Inovexus, Victoria works closely with founders and mentors across the portfolio, helping to structure and coordinate the mentoring program while supporting startups on key topics such as go-to-market strategy, growth, and international expansion, and keeping track of their progress.
Alongside her Master’s studies at the University of St. Gallen, Victoria worked at the HSG START Accelerator, where she sourced and evaluated deep-tech startups across Europe. Victoria was also part of START Global, where she organized entrepreneurship events across several verticals, including robotics, healthtech, and climate tech, bringing together founders, investors, and industry experts.
