Iacopo is a VC Associate at Inovexus, where he identifies and evaluates early-stage B2B technology startups with global potential. His role spans the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities and conducting due diligence to supporting investment execution.
He holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and has developed a strong European analytical foundation through experiences at Accuracy in M&A in Spain, Deloitte in Audit in Italy, and RAISE in Venture Capital in France.
He is particularly passionate about the human element of venture capital—partnering with ambitious founders and helping transform disruptive visions into reality. The opportunity to see young, ambitious projects evolve and scale is what drives his enthusiasm for the industry.
Outside of finance, he is currently training for the Half Ironman of Versailles. He finds that the discipline, resilience, and endurance required for long-distance triathlons closely mirror the qualities needed to navigate the startup journey successfully.
