AI and Operations Automation Intern

1. Automation Backbone & Workflow Design

• Relentlessly identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation across our business units.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, APIs, and custom scripts.
• Ensure seamless integration across our entire tech stack.

2.AI-First Initiatives

• Design, deploy, and iterate AI agents/copilots to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Build and manage RAG databases and structured knowledge bases to empower our AI systems.
• Experiment with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration to drive exponential efficiency gains.

3.Data & Platform Management

• Ensure clean and reliable data across our CRM, databases, and investment platforms.
• Oversee website updates, no-code portals, and key digital touchpoints.
• Provide technical support to business units, driving the smooth adoption of new tools.

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and ship impactful projects that directly transform how we operate.

Technical skills:

• Experience in Python, SQL, TypeScript or similar languages.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools (Zapier, n8n), databases, and containerization (Docker a plus).
• Understanding of AI/LLM workflows, prompt engineering, or RAG systems.
• Bonus skills: knowledge of Affinity, CRM tools, web management, or no-code platforms.

• Able to spot inefficiencies and design solutions independently.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with a bias toward action.

Background:

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering or business school (France, EU, UK, USA) with studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Business, or related fields.
• Previous exposure to startups, VC, or entrepreneurial projects is a strong plus.
• International experience or strong interest in working in a multicultural environment

Languages: Fluent English (C1) required. Other languages are welcome.
