Fairwai was built on a simple insight: most meetings are inefficient by design. Its platform converts calendar events into structured, asynchronous work sessions, helping distributed teams prepare, align, and decide together without the friction of synchronous calls. Integrated with Microsoft and built for remote-first organisations, Fairwai attracted early customers through word of mouth and went through the Inovexus acceleration program in 2022. The company is at Pre-Seed stage and operates out of Paris.
