Jump

Overview

Jump is changing when and how people get paid. In a world where wages are earned daily but paid monthly, Jump gives employees real-time access to their earned income alongside a full suite of financial services. The company closed 2025 at just under €8M ARR, nearly doubling year-on-year, with a team of around 60. In 2026, Jump is expanding into the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with Germany under consideration, and is targeting €100M ARR by 2030. A Series B roadshow is anticipated in the coming months, with a leadership team that recently added a CFO, a CMO who was the first employee at Back Market and scaled it from zero to €400M in revenue, and a CTPO. Jump is headquartered in France.
