Each startup is matched with 3-5 mentors to participate in 1-1 working sessions throughout the program.

Mentors endorse the role of long-term sparring partners. They are carefully selected to be able to challenge all aspects of the company progress and address current challenges.

They know the industry, have relevant expertise and network.
