Can I choose to only invest in deals from specific countries or sectors?
Yes. Your investment thesis is yours. You review every deal independently and decide whether it fits. There’s no pressure to invest in every deal that reaches your inbox.
What does a typical month look like as a member?
One deal memo in your inbox per week. A quarterly community event if you want it. Portfolio updates from the companies you’ve backed. That’s the baseline. Everything beyond that is optional.
How much time does this actually take?
As much or as little as you want. Reviewing a deal memo takes under an hour. If you invest passively, your involvement ends there. If you choose to get more involved with a founder, that’s structured, time-bound, and agreed upfront. Nobody’s calendar gets hijacked.
What if my availability changes?
It happens. Members go through busy periods, relocations, new roles. You’re never locked into a commitment level. You can invest passively on one deal and be more involved on the next. The community adapts to your life, not the other way around.
How international is the deal flow?
Genuinely cross-border. In a typical year, roughly half our deals originate in Southern Europe, a quarter in Northern and Eastern Europe, and the remainder in the US and beyond. No single market dominates, which is the point.
Is mentoring mandatory?
No. Some members mentor. Some just invest. Most do a bit of both over time. The community is built around great deals and great people, not obligations.
How are deals selected?
300+ applications screened every month. One deal selected per week by our investment committee. Always co-led by a top-tier fund. Always pre-seed or seed stage. Always B2B. You get the deal memo. You decide.
What are the fees?
Zero management fees. We take carried interest on profitable exits only — 20% for passive investors, 15% for those who choose to get more involved, and 0% from our partners. That’s it.
